BRIEF: Hamilton County Mental Health Court forum set Tuesday

July 05--Hamilton County courts will launch Mental Health Court in late July with the goal of providing services and breaking down barriers for defendants with serious mental illness, according to a news release from the public defender's office.

A forum for the public and media is set for 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesday at Parkridge Diagnostic Center on McCallie Avenue. The event is sponsored by the City of Chattanooga / Hamilton County Mental Health Court Planning Committee. Admission is free.
